Its been a long journey, and things are slowly coming together. As of yesterday, we are now a bonded winery.
Our federal application has gone through, and its official. This is a big step. There were quite a few hoops that we had to jump through to get here.

 The harvest season is now half-way over. This year we harvested 250 lbs of Shiraz and 250 lbs of Norton from Salado.
