Its been a long journey, and things are slowly coming together. As of yesterday, we are now a bonded winery.
Our federal application has gone through, and its official. This is a big step. There were quite a few hoops that we had to jump through to get here.

 Last year I mentioned how beautiful the color of the wine/must was during fermentation. As you can see from this picture, it turned out a beautiful claret color. I my opinion, just beautiful. Now the pH of the grapes last year was 3.55-3.6.

We are getting ready to harvest our Norton/Cynthania grapes this coming weekend. I thought I would take a few snapshots and a quick video to show off the grapes.
